Our Director of Dining Services works closely with a registered dietitian to ensure meals are both nutritious and delicious. We can accommodate doctor-recommended diets, including pureed, mechanically altered, low-sodium, and non-concentrated sweets. We even encourage residents to share their favorite family recipes for us to introduce to the community!
